Survey frequency varies depending on the number of businesses or charities we're working with each week and the profile of users they are looking to speak with.
Members who have connected their bank accounts will qualify for more surveys than those who have not. Connecting your bank accounts enables us to use deidentified spending data to quickly identify groups of members for research - e.g. coffee lovers, grocery buyers, gym junkies, etc. In general, members who have connected their spending accounts, completed their welcome survey, and completed their profile can expect on average 4-6 surveys per week. Members with connected accounts also experience less survey screen-outs.
