Survey invitations depend on a number of factors – mostly the number of businesses we're working with each week, and the profile group that businesses or charities are looking to speak to.
You can maximise your chances of qualifying for a survey by completing your profile and your welcome survey, and by connecting your primary bank accounts. When you connect your main bank accounts, that allows us to use deidentified spending data to quickly identify groups of people for research - e.g. coffee lovers, grocery buyers, gym goers, or health fund members. That way we can offer you more surveys that are relevant to you. You'll also get double the pay for every survey you complete when your bank accounts are connected.
In general, if you have connected your primary bank accounts, filled out your profile, and completed your welcome survey, you should qualify for 4-6 surveys per week. We'll always send you a notification when there's a new survey available.
