Yes! Although we have partnered with Mastercard Open Banking to enable you to link your accounts via Consumer Data Right, this doesn't mean you have to have a Mastercard payment card to link. We have over 100 institutions available for linking and it doesn't matter if you have a Visa or Amex card, the connection is with your bank, not with your payment card.
