In general, most withdrawals will be completed within 7 days of submitting a request as long as all credentials entered were correct and you have not created a duplicate account. During holiday periods or due to bank or public holidays, this process may take longer due to bank closures. Withdrawals will not be processed if a duplicate account is identified.
