If you have multiple email accounts (e.g. personal and business accounts), sometimes it can be a little confusing! Make sure to check that the email you request the password reset to be sent to is the same email you used to set up your account. A quick way of checking what account this was is by searching in your email account for a previous email Surveyz sent you. If you see an email from us, you've got the right account!
Once you're sure you've requested a password reset email to be sent to the right email address, the email should be with you within a couple of minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam, junk or promotions filters to see if ended up there instead.
Please note that you will need to create a new password if you have a locked account. As such, if you see an error message that your account has been locked due to too many login attempts, please follow the prompts to reset your password.
To better protect our members Surveyz is only available within Australia. You will not be able to log into your account or change your password when travelling overseas. Using a VPN may also impact your access to Surveyz.
