Survey frequency varies a little depending on the number of businesses and charities we're working with each week and the profile of users they want to gain feedback from.
In general, members that have completed their profile, answered their welcome survey, and connected their primary spending accounts will qualify for 2 to 3 surveys per week.
Members that have connected their main bank accounts will qualify for more surveys than those that have not, as we use de-identified spending data to quickly identify you for suitable surveys . If you have not connected your accounts, we may not be able to offer you some surveys. We recommend doing so so you qualify for more surveys.
We'll always notify you via your associated email address when there's a survey available and relevant to your profile. As our community grows, we’ll also offer a greater number of surveys - so thank you for being part of our community as we grow.
